Ayane was a lot of fun to make. Lilacwire used a long plastic tube in the bow, made in the shape of a figure 8 so it would retain its strength. Lilacwire used straight pins to hold the bow in the figure 8, along with binding the tubing tightly with fabric.

Lilacwire dyed the thigh highs and the shoes and cut the wig as well. About the only aspect she didn't make for herself was the butterfly on her skirt. It was customized because it was originally 2 butterflies each facing sideways, but she put them together and made them one big butterfly.
