Arisugawa Juri - Revolutionary Girl Utena

A small group of Utena cosplayers pulled together for NDK of 2007, but due to judging constraints, we never took photos together! Lilacwire cosplayed as Juri, the sparring instructor from Revolutionary Girl Utena. She used several different patterns to make the costume, tailoring each one closely so it fit like a duelest outfit should.

Instead of going with the fake orange hair color, Lilacwire chose a fire red, which is closer to what Juri's hair would look like if it were real.

The epilautes are made out of paperclay and fun foam. The entire jacket is lined.
