Mana (Gekka no Yasokyoku) - Malice Mizer

An obscene amount of blue satin and two different types of white trim went into this costume. It is EASILY one of Dahlia's most difficult costumes to date. Each and every ruffle is surged, trimmed, gathered, and then sewn onto the costume. The petticoat she made herself, using an apron-type pattern for a base and then sewing on two rows of tulle (about fifteen yards altogether.) 

Also, the hair and headpiece are theoretically accurate. Dahlia found an obscure reference image of him wearing his hair like brown and since she couldn't figure out how to make his bonnet (and because she wanted to be unique!) she went with the brown instead of blonde.
