95% of Pluto was completed with the help of Merry Shannon. She was responsible for patterning the dress. Lilacwire was happy to cosplay as Pluto, although she's still working her way through Sailor Moon. As usual, the wig came from Amphigory and was also styled by Merry Shannon. Thank you!!
