Rikku (Gun Mage) - Final Fantasy X-2

This costume turned out to be a "I see it and I must have it" kind of ventures, with Lilacwire working obsessively on it for a few months before Nan Desu Kan. She used a lot of different fabrics, including crushed panne, lycra, various ribbons, black stretch vinyl, and more. Because of the complicated nature of the skirt, Lilacwire used no pattern at all, except the handiness of a dress form.

The gun is also homemade, pieced together with foam board, floral ribbon, craft foam, and painted dowel rods. The gun took probably 5 hours to make on its own.

This was Lilacwire's second experience with advanced wig styling, but she thinks she did pretty well.
